Every scarf is packed flat and sent with tracking. Shipping is $7.99 flat, and it's free once your order reaches $100.

01Rates

With each scarf at $54.99, two scarves take you past $100, and shipping on that order is on us.

02Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. As soon as it leaves, an email with your tracking link follows.

03Delivery estimates

United States 5-9 business days after dispatch
International 10-20 business days after dispatch

These are estimates; weather, peak seasons and customs checks can add a little time.

04Where we ship

We ship to most countries. If the checkout does not offer your address, email us and we will tell you if there is a way.

05Duties and import taxes

International parcels may attract import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient; they are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

06Tracking and late parcels

Your tracking link shows each step. If a parcel seems stuck or goes quiet for more than a few business days, email info@linnetgrove.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

07Address changes

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can usually fix it as long as the parcel has not yet shipped.

08Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your parcel lost, or it arrives damaged, tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
