01About the scarves

Is this a silk scarf?

No. It is 100% polyester satin, chosen for its smooth, silk-like hand, its soft drape and its bright, crisp print. It looks and moves much like a silk carré, and it is far easier to look after.

How big is it?

About 35 x 35 inches (90 x 90 cm). That is the classic large square: generous enough to knot at the neck, cover your hair, or fold into a long band. Our Size Guide shows a few ways to tie it.

Is the print on both sides?

The design is printed on the front. On satin the colour passes partly through, so the reverse shows a softer, lighter version of the pattern, which is normal for a printed scarf.

How are the edges finished?

With a neat, narrow hem sewn all the way round, so the edges stay tidy and do not fray.

Will the colours match the photos?

We photograph each design in daylight and check the colours carefully. Screens differ, so expect a small shift in brightness or warmth.

02Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?

A $7.99 flat rate, or free once your order reaches $100. Two scarves qualify.

When will my scarf arrive?

We pack orders in 1-3 business days. US delivery then takes 5-9 business days, and international delivery 10-20 business days, all with tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, to most countries at the same flat rate. Import duties, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left yet, we will change or cancel it for you.

03Returns

What if I don't love it?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, for a full refund. Email us first and we will send you the return address. There is no restocking fee.

What if it arrived damaged?

Email a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, at our cost.

04Care and gifting

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cold water with a little mild detergent, press out the water in a towel, lay it flat to dry, then iron on the reverse at a cool setting.

Does it make a good gift?

It is one of the easiest gifts there is: one size, no guesswork. Gift recipients can return it too.
