Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted platform. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.

01Ways to pay

We accept the major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) along with the wallets shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal where available. The options you see depend on your device and location.

02Currency

Prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your card provider converts it and may add a fee.

03When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fill it for any reason, we refund you in full.

04How your payment is protected

• Every page of the shop, including checkout, is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Shopify's checkout is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the payment industry's highest security standard.
• Card numbers are handled by the payment processor; we see only the card type and last four digits.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm the purchase with 3-D Secure or a one-time code for extra protection.
• Orders are screened automatically for signs of fraud.

05Protect yourself

We will never ask for your card number, password or security code by email. If you receive a message that claims to be from us and asks for them, please do not reply, and forward it to info@linnetgrove.com.

06Questions about a charge

If a charge looks unfamiliar or you think you were billed twice, email us with your order number before contacting your bank. It is usually quicker to sort out that way. Our customer service email is available 24/7.
